China - Guangzhou : Where to visit in Guangzhou?

Guangzhou - Oct 2014

Canton Tower 广州塔

Here we are standing and tilting our heads looking up at this beautiful tower in Guangzhou! This 600-metre (1,969 ft) tall multi-purpose observation tower has various nicknames including "Slim Waist" (小蛮腰).

We did not go up as it was quite hazy but it has the highest horizontal ferris wheel on the periphery of the platform, and offers a dream-like bird view of Guangzhou City. I bet the scenery view is spectacular and breathtaking.

The tower glows with lighting animations across the entire height.

It can resist 8-magnitude earthquakes and Beaufort scale 12 typhoons. It faces the Haixin Sha Island and Pearl River New City with CBD District across the river.

My next target is Burj Khalifa in Dubai. #sayonly #hopemydreamcancometrue

I have been to Taipei 101 (Taiwan), Shanghai World Financial Center (Shanghai), Oriental Pearl Tower (Shanghai), International Commerce Center (Hong Kong) and Petronas Towers (Kuala Lumpur).

Chimelong Xiangjiang Safari Park

It ranks number 4 of activities to do in Guangzhou. I am wondered and still wondering why. Anyway, we did not include this in our itinerary because I rejected when bf suggested. Then I reluctantly when I knew they have this open concept safari park where the tour bus go around with animals uncaged.

Pictures time~

After walking for quite some time, its time for us to sit back, relax on the bus and see animals uncaged!

Never thought that I would be agreed to go zoo in foreign country. I guess I would be willing to go wild zoo now.
