Japan - Hokkaido : What to eat in Sapporo

Hokkaido - Feb 2016

Here is a the collage of what did we eat in Hokkaido.

Suage Soup Curry

Address: Japan, 〒064-0804 Hokkaido Prefecture, Sapporo, Chuo Ward, Minami 4 Jonishi, 5 Chome−6−1, 都志松ビル 2F
Direction: It is located opposite the big Norebesa building (the building with the huge ferris wheel on the roof) in Susukino
Nearest station is susukino station, google map : Soup curry suage

The curry is very different from what we have in SG. I really like this dish!

Soup Curry Curry Lavi

Location: Sapporo station, ESTA department store 10F

Kinotoya cheese tart

Many branches but I always buy at JR Sapporo Station East Entrance

Nijo Market

Nijo Market (二条市場, Nijō Ichiba) is a public market in central Sapporo recommended for having fresh and cheap seafood. The market opens from 7am to 6pm.

Nijo Market is three blocks south of the TV Tower at Odori Park, and about a five minute walk from Odori Station on the Nanboku, Toho and Tozai Subway Lines.

UNI!

Mos Burger

I am not a fan of mos burger in Singapore but the mos burger in Japan tasted so much better there!

Nanda

Address: Japan, 〒064-0805 Hokkaido Prefecture, Sapporo 中央区南5条西2丁目 格安フクちゃん5・2店
Nearest susukino station or Hosuisusukino.

Go Hokkaido of course must eat crab! Call or go there to make a reservation first.
Due to limited slot, we only managed to make reservation at 5.30pm for dinner and we thought it would be too early for dinner BUT we made a good decision on that. We reached at 5.30 sharp and the restaurant was empty. We only be given 90minutes so we had no time to waste. The crab section was full of all kind of crabs and I personally recommend to take as many king crab legs as possible because it is sooo good that the bowl was near empty when we went back to take half hour later.

THIS IS SO BIG AND JUICY AND SWEET!

This is what it looks like when I removed the shell
